FAQ
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
I'm based in Southwest Virginia and regularly work throughout Virginia and beyond. I'm available for travel across the country and for destination weddings and projects.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes. Travel within 20 miles is included, and travel beyond 20 miles is $0.75 per mile. Destination weddings and larger travel projects are quoted separately based on travel and lodging.
HOW DO I BOOK?
Choose the package that fits what you're looking for and reach out through the contact form. A $25 deposit is required for sessions and a $100 deposit is required for weddings to officially reserve your date.
WHEN IS THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE?
The remaining balance is due before or on the date of your shoot or event.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PHOTOS AND FILMS?
Standard delivery times vary depending on the type and size of the project. Expedited 1-week delivery is available as an add-on and is included with select wedding packages.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE A PACKAGE?
Absolutely. Custom coverage is available for additional hours, multiple locations, second shooters, additional videographers, commercial projects, and anything that falls outside the listed packages.
DO YOU OFFER BOTH PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO?
Yes. I offer photography, cinematic video, and combined photo + film packages for weddings, couples, brands, events, and other projects.
DO YOU HELP WITH PROPOSALS?
Yes. Proposal sessions include planning and coordination to help make the moment happen naturally, followed by time for couples portraits afterward.
CAN YOU HELP WITH LOCATION AND OUTFIT PLANNING?
Yes. I'll help with location guidance and can provide direction on outfits and session planning when needed.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOOK?
Once your deposit is received, your date is officially reserved. From there, we'll finalize the details, plan your coverage, and make sure everything is ready for your shoot or event.
